Introduction

AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating

After a lawyer has been admitted to a state Bar for a minimum number of years, Martindale-Hubbell—a nationwide directory of attorneys— contacts lawyers (peers) to begin the rating process about a particular attorney. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings are anonymous and reviewers' identities are not published. The rating is a result of a review of the attorney’s ethical standards and legal ability. The latter includes the attorney’s legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability and legal experience.

Mr. Noya has always been rated AV® Preeminent.™ An AV® certification mark is the best there is and is a tribute to the fact that Mr. Noya’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
